Naren is the Head of Compliance & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Moneda Capital. With over 15 years of experience in regulatory risk & compliance, he has good domain expertise creating regulatory frameworks, conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments, financial crime risk management & compliance oversight gained from Bank of America, GE Capital and Fidelity International amongst other firms.

Naren holds an MBA in Risk Management from London School of Business & Finance and CAMS holder from ACAMS. In his spare time he listens to music, enjoys keeping fit and travelling

With over two decades of experience in sales, Paul previously served as the Director of Sales & Investments at Moneda Capital, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and ensuring regulatory compliance. His unwavering commitment to upholding compliance standards has been integral to Moneda Capital’s assurance processes and long-term vision.

Motivated by a passion for exceptional service and a strong ethical foundation, Paul is enthusiastic about bringing his expertise to the Compliance Director role. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, ensuring that compliance remains at the forefront of the organisation’s operations as it navigates future challenges and opportunities.

Outside of the office, Paul enjoys reading non-fiction, training and spending time with his children.

As an ambitious graduate, Lyande rose through the ranks of the healthcare sector, from the administrative department to the position of managing consultant, leading transformation programmes for large government organisations, including the Sierra Leone Ebola outbreak and the British COVID-19 pandemic. During her health career, Lyande built up a property portfolio by purchasing, refurbishing, and renting out flats across London. Having become mortgage-free on her residential property, she saw an opportunity to help other homeowners plan for retirement and invest in real estate.

As Operations Director, Lyande oversees Moneda Capital's long-term business and operational strategies.

Outside of the office, Lyande is a dedicated mother of two and proud founder of an educational facility for children in Sierra Leone.

Kem Clemence is a founding team member of Moneda Capital and a competent all-rounder whose expertise spans the realms of branding, communication and technology. He possesses a keen eye for forging strategic partnerships and storytelling through the mediums of public relations and corporate communication.

When it comes to branding and media, Kem stands apart; skillfully crafting captivating narratives that have garnered attention from international collaborators, all while underscoring their unwavering commitment to generating new revenue streams.

Kem's previous appointments saw him propelling growth and optimising operations with remarkable efficiency. His talent for cultivating fruitful partnerships has resulted in successful collaborations with prestigious entities such as Disney and the National Gallery.

Looking ahead with visionary foresight, Kem is spearheading Moneda's advances into a technologically driven future with enthusiasm. His unparalleled ability to forge meaningful partnerships and build profiles sets him apart as a true luminary in the field.

Gary has a wealth of experience working on behalf of some of the most recognised brands in the world. Passionate about building new business partnerships and developing brand-new alliances, he's been fundamental to achieving tremendous growth for previous companies and clients throughout the UK.

Victor is responsible for corporate accounting and finance at Moneda Capital PLC. Before joining Moneda Capital PLC, he worked in various roles in both investment and large corporate banking for firms like Nomura Asset Management, Natwest Bank (former RBS), and Barclays Bank. Victor holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology and is an expert at growing and managing funds at a corporate level. Victor has also managed funds and investments for a variety of high-net-worth individuals both here in the UK, in Africa, and in the UAE.

He is a keen rugby player and is heavily involved in social mobility projects that help ethnic minority youths enter the world of finance.

Shona joined the Client Relations department at Moneda Capital in 2024. Having formerly worked within the NHS, Shona is efficient, diligent and compassionate. A client favourite, she is only too pleased to assist with client onboarding and supporting the team with their administrative needs. Outside of the office, Shona enjoys cooking, football and spending time with her family.

Meet Troy, a versatile professional with a passion for the world of property and finance. With a diverse background in residential sales, new homes, land, and investment, Troy has honed their skills in the real estate industry, achieving success through a client-centric approach and a keen eye for lucrative opportunities.

Gregory's career trajectory is a testament to his adaptability and expertise. Beginning in recruitment, with a focus on IT and Financial personnel, he seamlessly transitioned into the financial sector, where he has excelled in Wealth Management for expatriates and offshore clients. This role not only leveraged his professional skills but also allowed him to indulge in his passion for travel, enhancing his global perspective and market understanding.

Throughout his career, Gregory has been instrumental in forging strong relationships across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and notably in South East Asia. His transition from the fast-paced Forex trading world has endowed him with exceptional client management skills and a deep understanding of property investment.

Crucially, Curtis possesses an insightful knowledge of emerging markets, enhancing his ability to navigate and leverage the unique opportunities they offer. Krish joins Moneda Capital with a long track record working in both sales and finance. His career has covered an impressive spectrum of industries, having worked in credit insurance in London's Canary Wharf, at a leading health and safety company, and selling high-end vehicles in his formative years.

Outside of the office, he is interested in current affairs and geo-politics, as well as having a passion for really good TV dramas.

Stephen Killick is a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in property and investment strategies that deliver attractive returns and stable fixed rates. Stephen’s career is marked by his impressive track record as a top-performing Sales Manager for London Estate Agents, where his dedication and expertise consistently set him apart as a high achiever.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Stephen is a well-rounded individual with a passion for travel, football, and personal development. He believes in the importance of lifelong learning and regularly seeks opportunities to enhance his skills and knowledge.

Christian joins Moneda Capital with vast experience and a proven track record in the alternative investments sector. A goal oriented and positive individual who affords a personal approach to all encounters, Christian utilises his zeal for the financial markets by proactively seeking out superior products and opportunities to best serve his clients.

Harry joins Moneda Capital with a background in geopolitics, economics, and investment strategies. Certified in CISI Investment Advice, Harry thrives on staying ahead of the evolving markets and the fostering long lasting relationships with his clients. A family man and keen sportsman, when the workday ends, Harry enjoys spending time with his young son and watching F1, tennis, cricket, and cross-country skiing.

River Morgan brings a unique blend of expertise to the portfolio management team at Moneda Capital. With a career spanning multiple industries and markets, River has honed his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, particularly through the lens of technology and data-driven insights. His experience in sales and international markets has enabled him to understand and address the diverse needs of global clients. Outside of work, River enjoys staying up-to-date with global economic trends and market developments, as well as going to the gym.

Arjun joined Moneda Capital as a recent BSc Economics graduate from the University of Bristol. Various internships in the financial services industry including a placement within the Business Recovery Services department at PwC, gave Arjun a well rounded insight into the world of finance and led to him developing a deep interest in asset management. His time at PwC saw him lead a team in the development of financial recovery strategies for clients, analysing cash flows and assessing revenue trends, strengthening his financial analysis skills and ability to assess asset liquidity and forecast recovery scenarios. In his free time, Arjun is a decorated cricketer who formerly held a place on the 1st XI University of Bristol cricket team. He also has a love for travel and watching football.
