As part of your contract, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, which begins from the date you entered into the agreement. During this time, you have the right to cancel your contract and request a full refund of any amounts paid, with no penalties.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at clientcare@monedacapital.co.uk within the 14-day cooling-off period. Simply state that you wish to cancel your contract and request a full refund (No reason for cancellation is required during the 14 day cooling off period)
If you choose to cancel within the cooling-off period, we will process a full refund of any amounts paid promptly.
